Professional Standards & Our Commitment

Part F — Professional Standards & Our Commitment

F.1 Our commitment to you

RFA is committed to providing first responders with practical, evidence-informed education, delivered with the same professionalism and care that underpins Monica Heafey's clinical practice, while remaining clearly distinct from clinical service delivery.

F.2 How we develop our Content

Course Content is developed by Monica Heafey, drawing on clinical experience working with first responders and current, publicly available evidence on trauma, stigma and resilience.

F.3 Respect and confidentiality

We treat all enquiries, purchases and interactions with respect. Reflection Exercises are intended to be completed privately by Users and are not ordinarily collected, reviewed or stored by RFA. To the extent RFA does receive a User's Reflection Exercise responses, we will not disclose those responses to any third party, including an employer or Organisational Purchaser, without that individual's consent, except where required by law.

F.4 Feedback and complaints

We welcome feedback on our Courses and Website. If you have a concern about Course Content, conduct, or any aspect of your experience with RFA, please contact us at hello@respondersfirstaustralia.com.au. We will endeavour to respond to complaints within 30 days.

F.5 Continuous improvement

We review and update Course Content periodically to reflect current evidence and feedback from our community of first responders.
